Really?? Six months old?? Half a year?? That's just pure craziness to me.
Weston, you have brought more joy to me in the past six months than you'll ever know. Your smile is contagious, you light up when I enter the room, and that just brings me so much joy. You are all I could ask for in a baby boy and so much more - I love you!
You weigh 18 lb and are in the 75th percentile. I'll update this more accurately after your 6 month appt on Thursday.
You're in a size 3 diaper and 6 month clothes. You're running pretty low on clothes because you've about reached the max in all your winter clothes, and we're just waiting for that warm weather for your next size up!
Your hair is brown with bits of blonde and is really starting to thicken up. Your eyes are a deep blue.
You can sit up for long periods of time now, but still when you look up too fast or get excited you topple over. You're getting the hang of it quite well! You're continuing to roll over both ways and make your way around the room.
You still suck on your thumb like it's your only source of nutrition. You had gotten blisters between your thumb and finger and I had to keep them medicated and wrapped, and they've finally gone away. You suck on your toes too...like really chow down!
You have started blowing bubbles this month and do that on the reg. You talk and blow bubbles at the same time...You're a chatter box!
I made you a batch of sweet potato baby food this month and you love it!
Still sleeping through the night and taking 3 naps a day.
These past six months have made my heart grow, made my lap full, and made me SO happy. I love you, sweet Weston, and I'm so glad I get the opportunity to kiss your chubby cheeks, rub your soft skin, sing you sweet songs, and watch you grow every day. I love you...so much!
