Last Thursday Tullahoma had their football game instead of Friday because it was televised. They lost, but we still had a good time! Friday wasn't much of an excitement...did lots of cleaning and whatnot.
Saturday we went to the BBQ in Lynchburg! We met Britni and Jerod there! We asked Chris' sister where she parked, and she said the high school, so we parked there. It cost $5 and they were to shuttle you to the square and back. There were about a bazillion people waiting for the buses (okay...i'm exaggerating!) and there weren't any buses in sight for a while so Chris and I, and quite a few other people, decided to walk to the square. It took us over 30 minutes to walk to the square, and come to find out there was parking by the square for $5 - ha! What luck! We had some good BBQ, walked around, Chris got some free ribs, and it was a nice afternoon!
Saturday night we went to my parents' house for the UT/Bama game. We had chili, rotel dip, and caramel apples - yum! The Vols lost by a field goal at the end - a FIELD GOAL! We were so close! Then we had a bonfire, played with the dog, and had a great night!
Sunday after church Chris went to a car show in Nashville and I hung out with my mom. We got Jacob's pictures printed from his wedding and I got a nice NAP! That night we went to our Sunday night Love Dare class, had some Frito chili pies at class, and had a great evening!
On the house situation, still waiting! Hopefully we'll hear something, anything, soon!
