This weekend was full of pulling wallpaper, getting my mom's kitchen ready for a makeover! Friday night we went out to eat for some Mexican with my parents, Jesse, and his girlfriend Hannah. Saturday I helped my mom pick out paint colors and we began the wallpaper pulling process! We weren't so successful! Chris came over and did about the same that we did in 3 hours in 30 minutes! He's a master - ha! We went to dinner at a guy's house that he went to college with that night and played Wii with the two other couples. Sunday, after church, we went to lunch with Chris' family then headed back to finish the wallpaper! We got it all done yesterday! After mine and mom's unsuccessful first few hours, we never thought we'd have it done the next day! Then we had a wonderful Thanksgiving-ish turkey dinner that was Yum-O! As for the house, we're still waiting! It's made it to its last process in the loan journey before closing! They say they're behind, but we still hope ours closes on time so we can get to work on our house! And, plus, who wants to move right before Christmas?! So we're still hoping for November 20th! Hope everyone had a good weekend!
