Nine Months

 

 When you wait until bedtime to take the monthly picture this is what you get :( Poor baby went straight to bed

 - Kiley, you are nine months old! It's so crazy that it took so long for nine months to pass when you were growing in my belly and nine months went by in the blink of an eye with you in our lives. You make life so fun. You're so loving, cuddly, and just merely all we could ask for in a daughter.

- You weigh 24 pounds and are 30 inches tall. You are off the charts, girlfriend!

- You're in a size 4 diaper and 3-6 month shoes.

- Hair is getting thicker.

- You are wearing 6-9 month summer clothes and your winter clothes are in 12 months. You had 18 month pants on the other day, but they had to be rolled up.

- You pull up on everything! You pull up on the ottoman and walk around it probably 50 times a day, no doubt.

- You lick EVERYTHING! 

- No more Army crawl here...you've got the real thing down-pat!

- Your two teeth are the cutest things ever.

- You learned to give kisses this month and it melt this mommy's heart! It especially melts my heart when you give me kisses without me asking for one!!! EEEk!

- You've started to not like when I lay you down for a nap, no matter how tired you are, but it just takes a little rocking or a little fussing and you're off to never-never land.

- You are mostly taking two naps a day. On your nine-month birthday you only took one nap, which is crazy. 

- You sleep 12 hours at night.

- You eat lots of peas and carrots with some fruit thrown in for dinner and you eat cereal or yogurt for breakfast.

- You say dadadada a lot and naaaay naaaay.

- You loove to swim and did so a few times this month. You go straight to sleep when you ride on the boat, which I love because you just snuggle up on me and sleep away.

You truly are my little love and I'm SO happy to have spent 9 months with you in my life. I look forward to watching you grow and loving you every step of the way.
