Who doesn't love Red Lobster's biscuits?! Nobody. Here's a recipe that tastes pretty darn close to them! I have this recipe written on notebook paper from high school cooking class! :) - Enjoy!
What do you need?
2 c. Original Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
I had not planned on making these with dinner, but all the ingredients were already in my kitchen, and they're probably in yours!
Directions
1. Heat oven to 450
2. Mix Bisquick, milk & cheese until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 30 seconds.
3. Drop dough by 10 to 12 spoon fulls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
5. Mix melted butter & garlic, then brush on warm biscuits.
6. Enjoy!
